Anderson is a Managing Partner at Ignite Associates and has over 8 years’ experience in auditing, accounting, tax and advisory services.

Before establishment of Ignite Associate, Anderson worked with Toyota Tanzania Limited as Business Control Auditor focusing on business improvement, cost cutting and strengthening systems and internal controls.

Prior to that he spent more than 7 years working with Claritas International where he climbed ranks from audit assistant, Audit senior, Audit supervisor to Audit Manager. Anderson has a multi – sectoral remarkable experience in audit, accounting, tax, business consulting and investigations. He managed well a client portfolio of high-profile public sector, private sector and projects clients such as Alliance Life Assurance Limited, St. John’s University of Tanzania, Global Pact 2010 Limited (Mr. Price Tanzania), Pact Tanzania, Zanzibar Revenue Board, Zanzibar Social Security Fund, Zanzibar Roads Fund, UMATI, Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation, UDART, Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board, Best One Limited, Tanganyika Law Society and Bugando Medical Centre.
